Jig has no separate diaphragm chamber, so engage small area.

The conical storage hopper below and the diaphragm movement direct the jigging chamber, water velocity distribution is uniform. But the water pulse velocity inside the jig is weak, so it is difficult to relax for the coarse particle, and not suitable for coping with coarse particle, generally applicable for the separation of pellets less than 6mm. It is suitable for separation the metal ore, and it can be used rougher floatation or selected floatation; it is common gravity separation equipment.
