1.       Brief introduction:

Thermal oil steam generator is composed by hot oil part and steam generator part.

In the hot oil part, the high-temperature thermal oil through the hot oil pump or by thermal oil heater directly into the steam generator tube bank. The heat contained in hot thermal oil passing through the pipe at certain temperature and velocity and transferring the heat to contacted water outside tubes. Heated water generates steam and cooled thermal oil will return to the thermal oil heater for new circle.

Thermal oil steam generator should use soften water. It will get more steam if using preheated soften water. Soften water entering generator at bottom and heated under normal convection. Saturated steam connected with steam manifold to supply steam for production and daily life.

Thermal Oil Steam Generator can be used with thermal oil heater. Widely applied in food processing, rubber industrial, wood processing, oil production industrial, etc. It can meet the requirement of using one thermal oil heater to get hot thermal oil and steam at the same time which saving a lot of equipment investment and labor cost. It uses the continuous circulated thermal oil to generate steam which can replace the steam boiler.
