OVERVIEW

This silicone is used for matte top printing for matte effect. It's not suitable to be printed directly on fabrics. It can be applied on automatic screen printing production mixed with 2% catalyst with long working time. Super soft hand-feel you will always like it.

AFTER SALES

1. All silicone base is mixed with 2-5% catalyst, too few or too much would affect the curing of silicone.

2. Our silicone base can be mixed in proper rate to improve related functions.

3. The order we delivered if its not match your request, pls keep it sealed well for replacement.

4. Curing temperature of silicone is 100-120 degree. Silicone need to be flash cure before another layer.

5. Two way to get matte effect, print matte on top, or use very thin mesh to print high density silicone layer by layer.
